Please tell me I can fix this

Ok I'm not a smart guy so bare with me, Ok I have read on some of the message boards about sevta and others stuff and wanted to try a differnt program then the dmm That came with my philips hdd100 and so I went with sevta and when I was doing it I by mistake copied the songs twice by my own error but then I formated it and now I think I deleted the system folder that was hiddin on the hdd cause I unhid it to try some new software and now I cant reload the firmware please tell me there is an easy fix.. I dont know either how people respond on here and I would love for some one to also email me any directions they think would work.... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!! :cry:

Let DMM add 1 file to the player, it will rebuild the folders.
