This describes the process for recording your mid file from your sound card using dBpowerAMP Auxilary Input and dBpowerAMP Music Converter.

There may be programs available to convert midi files at least to wav (from which you could more easily convert them to mp3) but this is kind of a clumsy transfer (it would be somewhat like trying to convert sheet music straight to cd).
