How do i combine several folders and exclude redundant files

    Hello Masters of Music Universe,

    how i can manage this?:

    1) combination of serveral folders with a mass of subfolders and files, but excluding the same/redundant files ?

    2) "cleaning/cutting/rename" systematically a mass of filenames, i.e.
    "PPP3-2_The Boomtown Rats_I don't like Mondays.mp3" to
    "The Boomtown Rats_I don't like Mondays.mp3"

    3) in preparing for importation in MMC with dividing in artist and album?

    best regards

If your files are ID tagged, then you can set the New Track Arrangement option in MMC, add the tracks and they will all be moved to new folders + renamed.

      Thank´s Spoon,

but - how i solve the problem with redundant files ? Only with sorting in MMC by albums, artists and then deleting file by file ?

Also thank´s for your great products and support. I will register it asap.

      Greetings

The quickest way would be to add them all, then in MMC select the files quickly by holding the control key to multi select, then right click >> remove.
