Best thing would be to go the the manufacturer's web site and try to get that information. ALso your cell phone provider may have something on it.

Assuming that phone is capable to accept new ring tones, basically there are 2 ways that I know of: by a cable (com or usb) from your pc to the phone or by a wap service. The former will require a program that you may get from the manufacturer's web site and of course the cable. The latter may cost money charged by kb of download.
