Use of database after downloading

I downloaded the database the Razgo suggested and "unzipped" it to a folder on my harddrive. I have pointed dBpoweramp cd converter to the root folder but, it still cannot find cd info. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have the Windows Version of the database, extract it to a folder:

freedb

and make sure that the subfolders are extracted (ie freedb\pop off the top of my head).
