Pop-up Info Tips work fine in File Explorer, but not in Total Commander. Help?

Info Tips used to work fine in Total Commander, but I recently did a complete re-install of Windows 11 (Pro 64-bit), and re-installed both dBpoweramp and Total Commander (64-bit versions). TC does not show Info Tips, but File Explorer does.

Am I missing a registry setting or something? I'd appreciate any help you can provide, since the author of TC does not use dBpoweramp and doesn't know why it shouldn't work.

If it works in Windows Explorer, then everything is inplace for it to work, TC should emulate Windows Explorer

The TC author pointed me to a configuration setting I didn't have enabled, and the Info Tips work fine now. Thanks for your help.
