Hi all ! We have purchased new laptops - how do I transfer my poweramp from our old Pcs to the new ones? Thanks

I purchased my license on 26/06/2017. When I try to transfer the license as shown in the thread below, the system does not recognise my email or dates. Any advice please?

If it does not match your email, you would have to find the original payment receipt and email it to us, the address is on the about page above.
