Like WAV files, AIFF does not have standardized tagging. ALAC would be more like the equivalent to FLAC for a lossless file. Both FLAC and ALAC have more standardized tagging that most players/servers understand. This said, I still think you need to examine these files in a TAGGING program to see what tags are written (as opposed to what tags the particular music server happens to see). For extensive tagging work I often use mp3tag. It handles way more than just mp3 files. by the way. But you should also be able to see all the written tags in dbpoweramp ID TAG UPDATE, etc.
