Volume normalisation on the same file

Hello,
First, sorry for my english, is not my mother language

Actually, I have decide to re rip all my CD in FLAC and I have a problem with one live album.
This album was recorded directly during performance and cd give to the fans after the concert. During the recording, the volume on the first track and the begining of the second track is too low



How can I adjust? I have try with audacity but i have saturation of the sound
Can I add dsp effect during ripping?

Use the DSP effect 'Volume Normalize' with adaptive enabled.
