Uninstall Reinstall Failure

Hi

I had been running dbPoweramp batch ripping successfully but started having progressive errors with nimbie, which I still believe to be hardware in nature.

I attempted to uninstall dbPoweramp and reinstall. However, when I try to run reinstall it seems to think i'm still on trial registration. Feels like a real noob situation but what's the best way to uninstall / reinstall a registered single PC product?
