Downloading Files For Registered User

Hi,

I THINK, when I first registered for my products, it was for a "lifetime", re-download anytime product, and this was DBPoweramp CD ripper, batch converter, MusicConverter and PerfectTunes. If that is correct, how can I download the install files again? If I'm wrong, happy to re-purchase, just let me know which way to go. Bought a new PC and can't put my hands on the original install files. TIA for your help! Tom Newell

Hi, along similar lines I am a registered user, but have switched to Mac. The above registration link only allows me to download the windows software. Is it possible to download the Mac version?

It is this one, it will allow you to switch platforms:

Upgrade to latest R17 Reference Release (30% discount)

The upgrade is 30% because you have R15 or older (it would be 50% if you had R16)

Cannot install registered version of PerfectTUNES, link directs to dbpoweramp download which I already have installed.

go back and look for the emails that were sent when you purchased. I have different order numbers for dbpoweramp than I have for perfecttunes.
