Can't open music converter

Paid and downloaded music converter, with all other programs. Added i tunes support.
When I go to open music converter from the shortcut it pulls up my program folder. Which in this folder,does not show music converter in the downloads. If I open programs
go to downloads and click on music converter, i tunes support, anything associated with converter program it wants to
download program again. Music converter will not open. Running windows 10. Also the only way I can get to the forum is to download again
and wait until finish then I can click on forum.

When you run dBpoweramp Control Center, does it show the program shown here?:

No it doesn't Don't know what I am doing wrong. Was able to navigate to batch converter, but so far that is it

What icons do you have on your desktop which are related to dBpoweramp? (their exact name please).
