Edit volume (loudness) on tracks?

Hello, and thanks to everyone involved for such great products. My question: is there any way to lower the maximum loudness of certain tracks using any of the audio software? For context, I bought my Beatles-obsessed 3 year old a pair of headphones with an SD card slot, but I would like to limit the songs' volume so she can't blow her brains out listening to Helter Skelter. I have looked for an answer on the forum, and I'm guessing the answer is no.

You can lower the volume, if use the volume normalize DSP effect whilst converting, choose Fixed Amplification and set to -6 dB to halve the volume, or even lower.
