Need some help - various problems with a big set of MP3 files

I pulled all my MP3 files off my phone to my PC with the intent of fixing the following, and then sending them back to the phone.
- consistent file naming e.g. TrackName (Artist Name).mp3
- these mp3's from the phone are in one big folder. Need them in Artist / Album / Tracks
- fix album art.

The ID tags are in good shape. Maybe I'm too ambitious but I'm hoping the dbPoweramp suite can do at least some of this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can use dBpoweramp Reference and the Arrange Audio Utility Codec to organise your album folder structure and correct the filenames, based on the current tags. PerfectTUNES has an Album Art module.

You can also install the trial versions of both dBpoweramp Reference and PerfectTUNES, to test them out.
