What to buy?

I'm really looking for some sales support now...I'll worry about how to once I have the right stuff installed. I have a WIN 10 PC, a Mac OSX, an iphone 6 and an iPad. I have my music currently stored on the PC but I play it now thru iTunes from my phone or ipad. I'd like to be rid of itunes. So, should i buy the Win version or the Mac version or one of each or what?
Then once I get what i need...what do i do with itunes?

I want to rip my CDs and save them somewhere that itunes can't screw 'em up. Then I want to sync & play them from my ipad or iphone. Right now, the files are saved on a PC.

Ok, I would recommend the Windows version of dBpoweramp, to rip the CDs to flac and another iTunes compatible codec like mp3 in a separat folder.
