Update to newest FLAC 1.3.2 version in dbPoweramp?

Is it possible to update FLAC to the latest version 1.3.2 for dbPoweramp? I looked up the decoder folder in the installation directory, but there are only .dll files which aren't available on the FLAC website. Can someone elaborate?

Update to dbpa ver 16.3. It is included.

Before you update to R16.3, you might want to look at this:
dBpoweramp R16.3 & FLAC 1.3.2
