Can not Rip

i have a new pc and re downloaded my prior subscription. I swear I have ripped a cd or two to flac, but my last 4 attempts fail saying the meta data doesnt match some master copy. Not possibly true. What do I need to do to correct this? Totally baffled after years of success with db poweramp. This is a result of accu rip.
