I'm in a pickle - wav file validation

I started ripping my CD collection a few days ago. Initially I was using foobar/accuraterip, but due to the output format I wanted, it was proving cumbersome and taking a considerable amount of my time. I switched to abcde, which simplified things tremendously.

Unfortunately I have just discovered skips in the files produced by abcde, even though I had checked the output and no errors were reported. That leaves me with about 100 albums ripped, not knowing which are valid and which aren't.

I can easily convert the files back to wav, but is there a way for me to check the validity of the rips after the event? Is this something accuraterip can help with, or is it too late?
