How to convert a WAV's filename to MP3 ID3 tag information

I convert WAV files to mp3 by right clicking on the WAV file and choosing "convert to". Currently, I must enter the information for the ID3 tags manually after creating the mp3. I would like to transfer the information from the WAV file's filename to the MP3's ID3 fields. For example, if my WAV file is called "02 - Prince - Little Red Corvette [1982]", I would like information such as track number (02), artist (Prince), title (Little Red Corvette), and year (1982) transferred to their corresponding ID3 fields. How can I do this?

Tag your wav files with filename info by downloading and installing the Tag From Filename R3 utility codec.

Run this on your wav files and then, when you convert to mp3, these tags will then be copied to the mp3 files.
