Convert FLAC to Mp3... Fill in the blanks to acomplish this

I have FLAC to convert to Mp3, but I am clueless to filling in the correct order of things to make the finished Mp3 playable and readable on I-Tunes for starters... I have tried to figure out the exact order of things but each time I make a mess of it. HELP HELP HELP!

Install dBpoweramp, right click on a flac file in Windows Explorer >> Convert To

select the encoder as mp3 (Lame), do the conversion. The resulting mp3 file you can add to the 'automatically add to iTunes folder'

If you have multiple flac files, you can select all at once >> right click.

Please keep in mind to close any iTunes instance before you start the conversion. Otherwise you might run into troubles as iTunes tries to move files from that folder to its own folder structure immediately.

After the conversion you can start iTunes and iTunes will do the rest.
