Convert ID3v2.4 tags to ID3v2.x

My collections is composed of FLAC files, all with ID3v2.4 tags.
I want to convert all to ID3v2.3 because my car player does not support ID3v2.4.
Is it possible?

Yes, use the ID Tag Update utility codec (Windows Only).

Really, Flac standard use VorbisComments, I wouldnt think your car would support flac with ID3 at all ?
