Convert 3TB on NAS from ALAC to FLAC

Can the software convert my library from ALAC to FLAC on a NAS (3TB) on one command, or does each file have(album) have to be converted. Thanks

You would run dBpoweramp Batch Convert and select the top-level folder that contains the files you wish to convert. You are then presented with a converter window where you select the output file format and the output file location.

dBpoweramp Music Converter then converts each file, so depending on how many files you select, this can take quite some time.

Try running Batch Convert on a single folder, to familiarize yourself with the process, before converting your whole ALAC library.

And set up properly, all your tags, album art, and directory structure will be automatically transferred.
