    Not getting Metadata

I upgraded on 1-13-16 and have my invoice * and order * available. I just noticed I am not getting metadata automatically from the various internet sources. I know at one time there was a small yearly charge for this, but old credit card is probably no longer valid. Help! What do I do to get this working again. Thanks.

Which version of dBpoweramp do you have? R14 or newer does not need metadata renewing, and even if you have an older version freedb is always active. If you are getting zero metadata, for even popular discs, then your security software is likely blocking CD Ripper.

Figured it out, I think. The double CD I was trying to rip gave me no data on disc 1 and basic data "from Cache" on disc 2. I finally found a mainstream CD I had never ripped and it worked fine. So I have no idea why a disc by Luther Vandross had no data, but no longer a problem. Thanks.

You are right. Usually Luther Vandross CDs have lots of data but no music... Just kidding...
