Problems opening dbpoweramp

I have download an existing copy of dbpoweramp to my new computer but can't open the QPKG files, I have also purchased Asset for window 10 etc thinking that would resolve the issue but it hasn't. I am asked what program I wish to open it with ? please advise what I need to do.

dbpoweramp is an exe file for Windows and a dmg file for OS X. Your qpkg file is very likely an install file of Asset for a QNAP.

Asset is QPKG (for a QNAP nas).
