Hi, My laptop has acquired a fault and I have been informed they are going to replace it. How do I go about downloading the dbpoweramp software again when I receive my new laptop? Thanks.

Re-issue registered version of dBpoweramp can be downloaded from this page:

Hi, I just purchased the dBpoweramp Reference R16 software and tried to install it. It keeps giving me the message: The installation is corrupted, please obtain a new copy. Please advise

Hi,
I recently had my computer repaired due to a hard drive failure and I would like to re-install my r15 version as 32-bit so I can use CD Writer (which I understand is no longer supported)- do I need to uninstall *all* the dBpoweramp applications I currently have installed?

In Control Panel, I have dBpoweramp Music Converter Release 15, dBpoweramp DSP Effects release 10, and dBpoweramp CD Writer Release 4.
I still have the following downloads I received from earlier:
DMC-R15.0-Ref-Registered
dBpoweramp-CD Writer
dBpoweramp-dMC-DSP

I understand I need to follow the instructions outlined for 32-bit installation (holding the right shift key down before and while double-clicking the install file).
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes uninstall all, then force 32 bit install
