Cleaning up Station Library

At our community radio station we have a large (30,000 record) Megaseg library from old rips that contains metadata for mp3s that are stored elsewhere. We use this database to periodically report to music services song plays. However, our database is missing label information because of bugs in iTunes ripping. Is there a way to use PerfectMeta or PerfectTunes in a batch mode using some sort of API or web service to scan through the database and fix metadata? I can program something if I know what to call for each song record.

If this is possible, what would I need to purchase?
