Can't install grabber

Have installed the 64 bit version of poweramp to convert wav files to mp3 and its works great. Wanted to use the grabber so installed from the web page (DSP Effects 11 https://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp.htm and installed but it doesn't associate with the programme.
Am pretty low tech so is there a simple workaround to get the grabber to work inside the programme its designed for?

Any help appreciated.

You installed to the same location as dBpoweramp? also Reference is needed for DSP effects to be allowed.
