How do I set up a working Work-Flow?

I´m currently trying to set up a Work Flow for my music Library, but im kind of stuck and quite confused.
My Sources are Flacs and 320cbr Mp3s.
Destinations are my Laptop for using it as playback at partys, my Smartphone for listening to it via Earphone and an USB Stick that will be plugged in my car radio.
MP3 is my preffered choice, -v2 lame is absolutly fine, until you have very expensice hifi.
But because i listen to a wide variety of music im strugeling with the loudness.
Especially in the car i do not want to change the volume every song.

    So a few questions:
    1. Can i use dBpoweramps ReplayGain DSP without actually reencode the files?
While that would maybe be fine for the flacs, the MP3´s would suffer, which they shouldn´t.
    2. If i cant do that,ReplayGain(Apply) will apperently do nothing, so i will have to use Volume Normalize for my Auto Radio, because that will just ignore the replay gain tags. Volume Normalize will use the same EBU R128 Algorythm anyway, so im not bothering that, but i cant get that thing to more than -23 db.
Will my music suffer a loss of dynamic? Replay Gain DSP uses -18, quite a margin....

    3. When i use volume Normalize, which other DSP´s should i enable to make sure the qualitiy doesnt suffer?
Your Help file reccomends scaling to floating point first, and then going back to 16 bit with triangular dither.
Is it also recommend to do the same thing for the Sampling Rate?
Up to 192k and then back to 44100?
Because volume normalize is a non-live effect, am i supposed to force the other effects non live as well?

    4. Can someone here recommend me an actually free android music player that unterstands the replay gain tags?

I´m sure there where more questions, may come up with them later....
Thanks for your help, hoping my english is no too bad

You have to re-encode with the volume adjustment applied, this is because your players will not read the replaygain id tags (car radio).

Use the Volume Normalize DSP effect, when encoding mp3 you can go 32 bit float, resample, volume normalize, 24 bit

First of all, congrats for spoon, he has 33,333 Posts
Would have been a round of shots in my hometown

Back to Topic: Jeah i actually knew that allready....
      So an Update:
If figured Point 1 out myself, if found your utility codecs.

      So again:
Can i change the target in the Volume Normalize DSP actually to something above -23DB?

And how does the correct order look to do so without losing quality, my guess is:
      -Force non live
      -bit depth to floating point
      -upsample to 192.000Hz
      -Volume Normalize / ReplayGain(Apply)
      -downsample to 44100Hz
-bit depth to 16 bit with triangular dither.

Have i forgotten something, or are the steps 1,3 and 5 even unnessacery?

Force non live does nothing here, as volume normalize its self is a non-live effect
upsample does nothing for you, resampling is a lossy process, you would only want to resample anything above 44khz to 44khz for player compatibility
Bitdepth can be 24 bit as mp3 will accept that better than 16 bit

I have just read a bit further, its acutally quite logic that mp3s as compressed music don´t have a bit depth in that way lossless files have.
Anyway i should end the dsp pattern with that?

Yes use the 24 bit bitdepth last.
