Paid twice for Asset and it doesn't work!

Hi - I have downloaded the Asset Premium software. I have two issues:

1. I paid £22.80 and then saw the "Offers" section so opted for the half price offer (£12.00). Illustrate has taken both the full price and the half price payment and I want a refund on the £22.80 payment. Please contact me to confirm how this refund is processed.

2. I can not seem to make the software work. I believe it is installed. In my windows explorer I can see 2 instances of "Asset UPnP" on my network. My Naim Uniti 2 can find both of these but how do I get my Uniti 2 to play a FLAC track that I just downloaded to my PC hard drive? I was expecting some sort of Asset desktop client to open up but nothing happens.

Have a read in the Asset UPnP help found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\Help\AssetUPnP\index.h tml

There is NO Asset desktop gui/client, only the Asset UPnP Configuration.
