Buying one more Reference license

I want buy one more Personal Reference license for my desktop PC.
I bought the first one on Nov 11, this month.
How can I buy it? Or is there another good way to buy? (Upgrading to Family pack?? )
I have 2 PCs in my home. Can you tell me how to buy it?
