User guide for basic file transfer for new users

I have just purchased TuneFusion. My goal is to transfer music files from a folder on C: on my Windows 10 PC to Foobar 2000 mobile on an iPhone. I successfully transferred 5 files during TuneFusion trial. I am failing to accomplish anything since purchasing TuneFUSION. I have unpaired & repaired TuneFusion 2000 Mobile with TuneFusion on HPNotebook. I have iPhone & PC connected by USB cable. I have a home wifi network to which my phone & PC are connected. I tried to complete a sync in TuneFusion on PC; TuneFusion on iPhone shows "Paired withTuneFUSION on HPNotebook" and "idle". Can you point me to a user guide for basic file transfer for new users.

The phone would not need to be usb connected, syncing happens through the Wifi.

Ensure tunefusion is reporting a number of tracks, that it has scanned your library.

If running a firewall on your computer check it is not blocking TF.
