    Adding VSTs

    Hello,

I'm trying to add VSTs to dBpoweramp. No matter where I put the VST files they won't show up in the VST popup I click on Folders popup, save load and nothing comes up. I tried refresh list, I even looked for a green refresh button. Can you please tell me where to put the files?

    Thank you for your time

Ensure you have 64 bit VSTs

      Hello Spoon,

      Thank you for your reply.

I have a number of VSTs that are 64 bit; just to name a few.

      BlueCatGainSuiteVST-x64Setup
      OrilRiver203
      RoughRider
      Win_AllSoftware_____NEWWWW
      KarmaFX_Plugin_Pack_64

All the VSTs are in one folder that I tried to move around into Windows and dBpoweramp folders.

Refreshed and listed went into the DSP VST and the tried to find them using the popup's file, folder, save, and load. I get nothing.

In dBpoweramp VST configuration, please click 'Folders...' button to specify folders in which your VST plug-ins are installed.

Problem noted, there might be an issue preventing the folder list from opening on certain computers.
            Default folders-
            C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugins
            C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins
            C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3
            C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

How can I do check if this is the problem and what can be done to correct it ?

                C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Create the above folder and put your VST effects in there.
