    Add a Second Device?

I've downloaded the entire suite onto my PC (windows 11), and then ripped all my CDs successfully. I purchased a Hiby R4. When I went to load the suite onto the Hiby it comes up with a Restore Purchase screen and requests an Order Number. The Order Number I received from dbpoweramp is alphanumeric, but the Hiby's Purchase Order ID input screen is numeric only.

So, how do I load the suite onto the Hiby as a permanent install? Thanks!

What dbPoweramp feature are you trying to install on a portable player?

Hiby uses poweramp, which is not our product.

Thanks for your response. I thought the two systems (dbpoweramp and poweramp) were of one brand; in a hurry a month ago, I put the free trial version of poweramp on the Hiby (loaded up from the google store).

I was hoping that I would have an easy-to-navigate player that didn't require a subscription (a big driver in the dbpoweramp purchase). That said, I don't regret the purchase, as I like the way dbpoweramp has made my 400-odd cds organized and portable. I wish it would drive the Hiby to play the library when I'm camping/working outside, etc. Was thinking I could also bluetooth movies when we're remotely camping.
