I can't find the Meta tab at the bottom.

I can add a custom tab when I click on options at the top but it does not appear anywhere in my ripping window.

This is not correct and does not add a custom tag as you expect.

I was hoping to have a button similar the the rating one with stars and all!!!

You won't get a tag with the same functionality as Rating (with stars).

I rate all my CDs the same way as rating songs. I was wondering if there was a way to add an album tag for that?

I see no reason why you can't create a custom tag e.g. AlbumRating. No server/player software, by default, will support the tag though.

You can add the tag pre-ripping, in CDRipper >> Meta tab (bottom centre section of main window) or post-ripping via Edit ID-Tag.
