Can't convert AAC to mp3

Please help me.
Can't convert AAC to mp3.

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'C:\Users\xxxx\Desktop\1.AAC' to 'C:\Users\xxxx\Music\1.mp3'
Error aac audio file is corrupt.  [aacstream::clAAC::DecodeBlock]

The output mp3 file is choppy.
I think DecodeBlock is the cause.
I don't know what to do.

Converting from a lossy format like aac to another lossy format like mp3 is not ideal. Depending on what sample rate you started with and what you are converting to, this can lead to significant audio degradation. In your example it appears there is further problems compounded by an error in the original source file.

dBpoweramp thinks the file is corrupted.

Only RealPlayer can play.
It was played in fast forward.


It doesn't play on Windows Media Player or VLC.
