First you have to make sure the nimbie works with the nimbie software, next install dBpoweramp Reference, Batch Ripper and the dBpoweramp Nimbie driver (all to same location). Then in the Batch Configuration you configure the Nimbie as a Nimbie, test the load and unload actions.Comment

1.) You need dBpoweramp "Batch-Ripper"
2.) You need to install the driver for the Nimbie "acal764.inf"
3.) You have then set "Loading Method": Nimbie in the Batch-Ripper-Configuration.
4) You must configure the batch ripper within the cd-ripper app so that it ejects the CDs in the event of reading errors so that you have the opportunity to clean the CD.

You can use this naming:
[MAXLENGTH]80,[IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][][]\[MAXLENGTH]80,[album][]\[MAXLENGTH]80,[track] - [title][]

I just set up the Nimbie USB Plus with dB Batch Ripper, and this forum has been very helpful. Thank you!
Everything is working for me, but I have a problem: changing discs takes about 6 minutes. Adding 3 minutes for ripping and up to 2 minutes for searching metadata means each CD takes approximately 11 minutes to process.
I have secure ripping (with AccurateRip) enabled, but I have no idea why it takes so long to eject the disc after the ripping is finished. Could it be caused by using Parallels? However, the Acronova BSUtility test is quick.
Also, I’ve had instances where a CD wouldn’t load properly and kept spinning in the drive for an hour.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this issue? I know the problem might be between the chair and the keyboard, but maybe you can help me.
Thank you!

Everything seems slow, metadata lookup on mine is 30 seconds. Likely caused by parallels.Comment
