I filled in all my info including credit card. When I finish I get a screen that says:

"Unable to Process Payment
Unable to create credit card token, please try again later"

I've tried all morning, and get the same message every time. My credit card company says no attempts to charge anything to my account have occurred today.

I emailed <edit>and got an automated response that they get back to me in a couple of days... really?
