In what way do they not rip? what error message is shown? -
Re: Rip CD burned with itunes music
The CD is placed in the computer tray. It is not automatically read by dBpoweramp. I click retry repeatedly and the upper left side still reads <Insert Audio CD>. It does not recognize that a CD is in the computer tray.Comment

Re: Rip CD burned with itunes music
Insert a normal audio cd then open windows file explorer and expand the CD drive, it will list the tracks as:
track01
track02
Then insert this CD-r, it should show the same way, listing the tracks.Comment

Re: Rip CD burned with itunes music
Understand the difference between creating a standard Redbook Audio CD and creating a data CD containing a collection of files, albeit these files are audio files. Then post what you have created, an audio CD or a data CD.Comment

Re: Rip CD burned with itunes music
When you burn a CD in Windows Media Player (and many other programs), you have the option to burn it as an "Audio CD" or as a "Data CD." Audio CDs are the kind that dBp can recognize and rip, while Data CDs are collections of data files (that happen to be music). I think Windows Media Player's default is to burn Data CDs, so I suspect you just accepted the default and made a Data CD. You can't rip that CD in dBp, but the good news is that you don't need to....you can simply copy the files to your computer in Windows Explorer.Comment
