24-Bit/44,1khz to CD Quality 16-Bit/44,1khz, DSP Effect?

    Hi there,
I was wondering im creating a DVD-Audio disc with DiscWelder Chrome and i got WAV masters in 24bits 44,1khz.
I want to put a Group on the DVD-A with CD-Quality Files and one Group with the 24 bits 44,1khz files.
Since the sample rate 44,1khz is the same as CD-Qualitythen i dont need a DSP effect to resample it to 44,1khz right?
So if i want to convert to a CD quality version 16 bits then the only DSP effect i need is "Bith Depth" with settings to 16 Bits Fixed and Dither settings at "TPDF".
This should be enough right ?
I don't need to add the resample DSP effect at 44,1khz since the sample rate from the 24 bits masters is already 44,1khz ? the studio masters are also 44,1khz like CD only the bits are higher...
So my wild guess is i'm doing it right this way ?
I'm only needing "Bith Depth" DSP effect when i downconvert to a 16 bit version with settings as 16bit fixed and Dither at "TPDF" (i believe that's triangle)...
Any info would be great !
    Thanks in advance !

The difference between 16 bit and 24 bit is extra zeros.

      16 bit: 0000000000000000
      24 bit: 000000000000000000000000
