Convert single image file with cue file into individual single track

I'm trying to convert a single image file into is multiples single files witch one with a single track music, but I don't know how to do it can someone please help me?

dBpoweramp cannot do this, sorry.

Foobar2000 can convert your single file with cue into separate tracks. I've done this with flac files.

I can do it whit JRMC to, but I thought it would be better with dbpoweramp!
