Reinstalling R14 and Upgrading to R15

I have the R14 Family pack I purchased in Aug 2012. Installed two of the 5 allowable installs. One of those computers died. The other is suffering a bad case of either Windows Rot or a failing hard drive so a reinstall is immanent. I have several questions....

1. How do I reinstall on both machines and still only use the first two allowed installs?
2. My initial download installed Music Converter and Batch converter and CD Ripper. If I upgrade to R15, will all of these programs be included in that upgrade?
3. What is the cost of Upgrading from R14 Family pack to R15 Family Pack?

BTW, R14 has been an awesome tool - especially with the DSP features. A Great Program!

How refreshing! Thank you! I've had to rebuild 2 computers from the ground up this month. So thanks for easing the pain a bit.
