Asset Upnp streaming MP3 rather than FLAC format

I am streaming FLAC files from the Quobuz service onto a PC. Asset Upnp seems to be downgrading the FLAC to MP3, even though I have Wave rather than MP3 ticked in the settings box. It is the Naim NDS unit which is displaying resolution as MP3, whilst the PC informs me that it is receiveing and playing FLAC....

I assume I have set something incorrectly....Please help!

The stream capture is set under the WASAPI extent ion, this should be set to "As Wave"
