Reference trial: 2 questions

Just today installed reference 15.1 to try what this product is. Prospective buyer, I don't mind paying for quality stuff.

1. I was wanting to try to normalize. In trial mode that appears not possible (screenshot). Why not?
2. Where is the manual, where are the tutorials on how to work this program? The GUI isn't very full featured to me.

Set the account you are running in to Administrator, Run dBpoweramp Configuration, then set back to limited account. This will activate the trial.
