I have old versions of Music Converter, CD Ripper, Batch Ripper, etc, and I believe I need to remove them before upgrading.
In my Start Menu, there is an item "Uninstall dMC" but it reports an invalid shortcut for SpoonUninstall in C:\Windows\System32. With a quick search I find SpoonUninstall.exe and several .dat files in C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Should I manually run SpoonUninstall with each of these dat files, and what is the syntax exactly?
Or should I uninstall using Programs and Features on the Control Panel?
Or just delete the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate?
I don't want to remove settings etc, just to upgrade to the latest versions of everything.
Thanks
Gordon
