I have a bunch of CD's that I would like to backup on my computer. From what I could tell is FLAC Lossless at a compression level 8 the best way to preserve this data on my system?
After I have the data saved in lossless format I need to move a copy of it to a USB Drive to play in my car's audio system. My cars audio system can play MP3 320 kbps or WMA 320 kbps. Since the size up USB drives increases over time size should not be an issue when making my decision.
Should I use the MP3 320 or the WMA 320 format for playing from my USB Drive?
Is there a reason I should not bother with using the 320 format and only use 198 if size of the file does not matter?
