All I know is these are midi CDs for their pianos, I know of nothing which can rip.

Thank you Spoon for your reply. My friend let me borrow a QRS formatted disk to play on my piano and just curious if there is a way to copy it to another cd/disk so that I could give his back and keep one for myself? Thanks

As far as I know, EAC will only rip Karaoke CDs.
