How do I add liner notes?

Hello:
I'd like to add a tag containing liner notes to my FLAC files. On a prior thread, I saw a method to do so via CD Ripper. I've a few questions.
First, I use RipNas. So, is there any way to add liner notes via RipNas?
Second, the CD Ripper method uses either my network attached scanner or allows me to browse for a file. With either method, it appears that the tag will have to come from an image file. Does that mean, then, that a PDF file cannot be used?
Third, given that I have album art embedded in my files, as well as a jpeg album art folder, do I need to be aware of any possible conflicts/problems bet. the album art tag and the liner note tag?

Only images can be attached to files, if you select all the album files, right click >> edit ID tag then click the add art button.

Very little (programs) will use art which is not the main cover art.

When you add the art you set the description, select 'Leaflet page'
