Ripping all tracks from a cd

Being a relative newbie using dbpoweramp I have had very few issues ripping cd discs, so far I have ripped just over 300 discs with only 2 cds refusing to rip with two different drive units ( optiarc sony, plextor ), using two different pressings of the cds, so I am sure that they are bad pressings. My question is, I have come to rip the latest black sabbath album ( 13 ) and the 10 tracks ripped ok but did not see the 3 bonus tracks so these were not ripped. All bonus tracks on previous cds have ripped ok but not 13. Is it a DRM issue ? or something else ?. I await a reply with bated breath.

If you put the disc in a normal CD player it lists 13 tracks?

It does indeed list 13 tracks, but when I come to rip to HDD using either my sony optiarc or plextor drive, dbpoweramp only registers 10 tracks available for ripping. Is it a fault with dbpoweramp or is it a quirk with this particular disc or a fault with the drives reading this particular disc?. Could someone please advise me on a solution if possible, thanks.

For this one disc, try selecting 'Defective By Design' as the ripping method (options button)
