Can't read album art in Windows Explorer from FLAC files

First when I installed dbPoweramp, I could see Album Art in Windows Explorer. It stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled dbPoweramp and it worked again. Now it has again stopped working. Not keen on uninstalling and reinstalling the program every few days. Any idea if this issue can be solved?

If it stops working, it is likely a program has changed the association of FLAC, re-run dBpoweramp Configuration and dBpoweramp should work again.
