Created Profile(s) Disappear After Re-Boot

Hello!

I'm running dBpoweramp on Win 7 64 Ultimate. After I have all settings to my preference I use the Create Profile option to save my settings. AND my new profile remains with all settings intact UNTIL I reboot. Then it disappears. :-/

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

Do you have any security software? sometimes this software can interrupt the permanent storage of settings (the security software writes to a temporary location which does not persist).

Hmmmm, I'll disable Webroot and try saving it again. I'll let you know how it turns out.

That seems to have fixed it!

For your reference I'm using WebRoot Secure Anywhere Version 8.0.2.155

Sometimes these programs are as bad as Viruses, in that they stop your computer working normally.
